MRL Visuals was founded in 2008 by Margot Luby, to meet the diverse creative services needs of small businesses, large corporations, ad agencies, and non-profits. She is an innovative professional with brand development and product launch experience across multiple channels, traditional and interactive.


She has over twenty-five years experience in the creative, broadcast, advertising, and marketing industries. She has worked in several ad agencies, most notably the global agency, JWT, on the Ford account, creating promotions that built brand excitement on the regional and national stage. She is often praised for her high-level project management skills, vetted production and supplier partners, and her willingness to be an on-call creative partner.
Margot holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kendall College of Art and Design, and a Middle Manager Certificate from the University of Fairfield. She has won multiple awards on the international and local stage, from local Emmy awards to Broadcast Design awards.
